Happy to have been invited to help launch the NEW Namco/Bandai Official online store with a vector tribute celebrating PAC-MAN's 35th Anniversary with a stylized illustration pulling equity from the hyped fashion, culture and mystique from the 1980’s. Having grown up in NYC in the 1980s, I have a different relationship with Pac-Man…I remember the way the the city/ fashion world /club scene embraced it. Sure, it was an arcade game, swallowing up your quarters faster than the elusive yellow guy was gobbling up those dots, but PAC-MAN proved to be much more than that.
It became Culture.
